The bean and the cat

The bean still loves the cat and squeals with excitement when he sees her. The cat does not share the bean's enthusiasm. The bean and I were refilling the cat's feeder this morning, which caused her to race up the stairs to see if she might get some food. I put a few pieces of kibble in the bowl for her and she begrudgingly came close to the bean to get the food. His face isn't visible in the picture, but he was beaming with joy over his close encounter with the cat.
